Making
fried chicken is very simple and fast.
It may not be the healthiest thing to eat, but who doesn't like deep
fried food? But that's okay; we can
indulge every once in a while. This
recipe has very few ingredients but still has lots of flavor and the skin is so
crispy.
Ingredients:
-
Raw chicken thighs with skin
-
Kosher salt
-
Pepper
-
Garlic salt
-
Oil
-
Self-rising or all purpose flour
Directions:
Season chicken thighs with kosher
salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Heat oil
and add 2 tbsp. of butter. Coat chicken
well with flour. For thighs cook skin
side first until golden brown. Drain on
a sheet of paper towel. Heat oven to
450-475 degrees. Leave chicken in for
about 15 minutes.
